Practice yoga with us outside in the fresh air, in a beautiful, quiet, private park.

Open to all levels. No registration necessary, just come along and join in.

Please bring your own mat. If you don’t have your own mat: a few spare mats are available on site.

In case of bad weather, the class will take place in the Niyama Studio. You can find information about this on the website the day before the class.
