Niyama 200-Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training 2025/26
The Niyama 200-Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training is a proven and innovative program by Regula Guldimann, founder of Niyama Yoga. Since 2014, the studio offers teacher trainings. Niyama Yoga is a yoga school recognized by the Yoga Alliance. Yoga Alliance is the internationally best known and largest yoga organization.

Regula will teach most of the Niyama teacher training. For special topics she has put together a great team of experts with guest teachers who will incorporate many years of experience into the yoga training:

Requirements
A prerequisite is regular yoga practice before the start of the training. If you have never been at Niyama, it is highly recommended that you take a lesson so that you can get to know us and the studio and we can get to know you.
