Forearm stand workshop for all levels, beginners are also welcome. In this workshop we will work out the basics for the forearm stand together and playfully approach this inverted position. Even advanced students are in good hands in this course. We have variations and challenges ready for you.
Please register early, if there are too few registrations we will have to cancel the workshop. If you are unable to attend, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the costs will still be charged.
