Do you want to learn more about Ayurveda and how you can positively influence your well-being and health through eating and healthy routines?
On March 19th I will introduce you to the world of Ayurveda. I will tell you how Ayurveda is structured and what role our digestion plays in relation to the immune system and mental health. You will learn how Ayurveda describes the individuality of each person and takes this into account in relation to lifestyle and nutrition. In addition, we look at how you can support your health with nutrition and what you can do, for example, with everyday aches such as digestive problems, headaches, but also with sleeping difficulties.
